Not a lot of coffee comes from Zimbabwe. This coffee, which is likely organic, but doesn't carry the certifications is a single estate version. Hailing from the Salimba Estate in the Chipinga region this coffee is a mixture of Catimor and the unicorn SL-28 varieties.
Roasted to just into the second cracks you can expect a chocolaty cup with a very enjoyable spicy clove notes.
