Coffee Subscription FAQ's

General Info About All Subscriptions
When do I get charged?
You will be charged on the first day you place the subscription order. Future charges will occur based on the frequency of renewal on the item purchased.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. We do not accept PayPal for subscriptions but do accept it for one-time orders.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Of course. You can cancel anytime (see below).
Do I get charged shipping?
Yes, You will be charged our typical shipping rate.
Will I get a tracking number for my orders?
Yes. Once your order has been placed you will get an email with the order information and other email with the tracking once the order ships.
Info for Current Active Subscriptions

When will I receive my coffee?

Each subscription is a little different. See below for more details. Once the order is placed we will roast and ship the order in two days.

How do I update my credit card information?

If you card has declined or you wish to use a different card you can update it easily. Log onto your account, click Manage Subscriptions, click Edit on your subscription, then click Update Payment Method.

How do I cancel?

It is easy to cancel. Log into your account and under Account Details click on Manage Subscriptions. Click Cancel.

What if I want to pause my subscription?

It is easy. The directions are very similar to the way you cancel but instead of clicking Cancel click Edit. Then click Change Delivery Schedule.

Specific Info for Calendar Series

The Calendar Series is limited to only 25 bags per month set up on a first come, first served subscription basis. As of today, all of the 25 bags have been reserved. 

To get on the waiting list please click here, and enter your email address in the popup which appears on the page.

If there are open spots on the 1st of each month those who are on the waiting list will get notified. After this if any spots remain they will be opened up to everyone.

All orders will be charged and placed on the 1st of each month. Orders will be shipped by the 5th of each month.

Specific Info for Coffee of the Month

Coffee of the Month is limited to only 25 bags per month set up on a first come, first served subscription basis.

All orders will be charged and placed on the 15th of each month. Orders will be shipped by the 20th of each month.
