FAQ's

When will my order ship?

We roast all orders fresh. We will typically roast all orders within 48 hours of the order placement. Once roasted, we will bag it up and ship it out. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order ships.

How fast will my order arrive?

Most orders will arrive within three to four days from the date of shipment.

Will my order come ground?

It depends. On the vast majority of our products there is options to select whole bean or the level of grind you want. If the product DOES NOT have the option for ground, then it will be whole bean.

How do I check my order status? 

The easiest way is to log into your account here.

What carrier do you use to ship?

We ship everything by USPS. If you order one bag, it will ship USPS First Class. Anything more than one bag will ship USPS Priority.

Do you require signature confirmation on your packages?

We don't.

My order was shipped and never arrived. What should I do?

My order arrived and something was incorrect and/or not included. What should I do?

Do you have a wishlist? How does it work?
Yes we do. On any product page you can add a product to your wishlist by clicking the green button which says "add to wishlist".
You can access your wishlist by clicking the heart icon next to the cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the site.
You can do several things with your wishlist.
If you want to sync it across different devices (mobile, computer, tablet) click the gear icon and enter your email address. Do this on all your devices. You will receive an email to confirm your device. Once you have done this any additions to your wishlist from any device will be synced to your wishlist.
If you want to email your wishlist to yourself or someone else click the mail icon and enter the email address. Then click the green button which says "send email".
