The Calendar Series is a special project near and dear to our hearts. This truly is coffee for the coffee nerd.
We will have a release each month which is unique and limited in nature (more on this in the Month Tab). This is very similar to the Modern Times Beer Monthly Special Release.
Each Calendar Series offering will be roasted and shipped between the 1st and the 3rd of the corresponding month.
During 2017, each monthly release is limited to only 25 bags. This will be a first come, first served basis with priority being given to subscription orders.
The Calendar Series can be purchased as a subscription only.
The first Calendar Series blend will release in February 2017.
If you have questions visit the Coffee Subscription FAQ page for more information.

Very green, strong vegetable flavor. Not my favorite flavor profile, but I'm sure others will enjoy it.
Shipping was fast and customer service is easily some of the best I've seen. So far i have received "on the rocks" and " dog days of summer" Both are great respectively but I do enjoy bolder roast so I am more excited for later bolder more robust releases.
Up to this point, i've been a huge Nicaraguan and Dark Roast fan but this one takes the cake! Amazing rich dark chocolate flavors with honey. I love it and want more, but it's sold out... Logan hit it out of the park with this one!

Straight from the bag, aromas of fresh, lightly sweet baked goods emerge. The beans are a pleasing milk chocolate color, maybe a medium-light roast. During the bloom, I got a much stronger sweet white bread aroma. The coffee is very bright and medium-light bodied. Mid-palate and through the finish, the namesake honey-biscuit flavor really comes through. Very enjoyable. I’d happily pair this with a creamy Connecticut-shade cigar like an Oliva Connecticut.
Much like Jean Claude Van Damme, these beans come out on top no matter what you throw at them! French press, no problem. Drip, you bet. Chemex, damn straight. If you can grind and mix these beans with hot water you are guaranteed to have a fine cup of coffee in your hand. Upon opening the bag I instantly knew I was in for some seriously kick-ass coffee, and I wasn't disappointed in the least. This is a beautiful example of a coffee done right. The flavor is delicate, wonderfully chewy, and oh so smooth. By far my favorite coffee yet!
