Ethiopia Guji is produced by various small producers in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. This is a bright and clean coffee which boasts one of the cleanest finishes I have had in quite some time. Given it's higher acidity, we recommend using cold brew to be rewarded with a balanced cup teaming with notes of floral, lemon, and strawberry.
