Will definitely buy again !!!!

I really liked the comsa black honey from Honduras. The coffee was evenly roasted and I brew it in a chemex using 1×15 ratio.
It was very nicely balance had a sweet body and acidity, no bitterness at all.

Awesome combination of sweet citrus and nutty

I've made it as both a pour over and french press, but really prefer the pour over. The flavor is crisp, maybe a bit like orange, but has a smoother flavor that almost tastes slightly nutty, maybe almost like sweet almond. Anyway, it's awesome and you should try some. As Chris said below, definitely not a cream coffee, too crisp and light to stand up to cream.

Glad I tried this!

Ground for French press, have had a few pots and enjoy the change of pace from the darker roasts and African sources I usually drink. Very smooth, I think the body is light, has a bit of sweetness. Prefer it black, you lose a lot of the flavors with cream. Definitely one to try!
