This Barrel Aged coffee using a bean from the Kerela region of India. The coffee is aged in a freshly dumped Eagle Rare bourbon barrel. The natural earthy flavor of this bean pairs wonderfully with the oak of the barrel aging process.

Unique and Delicious

Ground for a drip maker, was concerned I would lose the bourbon essence but the aroma and flavor were both pronounced and fantastic. I then added a little cream and it evolved into almost a dessert. Unique and amazing, you owe it to yourself to try some!

Nice balance between barrel and coffee

This is the third selection from the barrel aged series that I have had, and probably my favorite. Of the others, one had a ton of barrel presence, and the other had little. This one seems to have struck an excellent balance between the two, very enjoyable.
