Nicaragua UCASUMAN is grown in Jinotega, Nicaragua by a co-op of local growers. This coffee is 100% Fair Trade and Organic. Unlike many Nicaragua coffees, the Nicaragua UCASUMAN doesn't have a tart lemon or earthy notes. This clean finishing coffee is ideal for a darker roast because it is SHB (aka grown above 3,500 feet above sea level) and is 100% shade grown.
